Robert Royer
General Partner
Robert Royer founded Building Brands Marketing, a successful marketing agency in 2018 growing to 25+ employees. For over 17 years, Royer has worked in leadership positions for companies across South Texas, having built hundreds of business strategies for small to large businesses.
Royer was born in Houston and moved to Victoria in 2012 to attend the University of Houston-Victoria graduating in 2014 with his BBA and a concentration in marketing.
Royer has personally been involved in three successfully completed Asset Purchase Agreements as a seller, and advised on a number of APA’s as a buyer.
Royer was named 2024 Young Alumnus of the Year by the University of Houston-Victoria. Royer is the President of the Victoria Rotary Club. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Victoria College Foundation, the Victoria Chamber of Commerce and the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Houston-Victoria College of Business.
Fe Vela Royer

Fe Vela Royer provides the creative and personal input that is necessary for small business scaling. An expert in brand strategy, anything art, and her regional networking connections, Vela Royer provides a creative perspective that is necessary to consider capabilities “beyond the numbers”.
She was previously a Radio Host on the popular 104.9 radio station in Victoria and has worked in marketing leadership roles in air transport, restaurants, government entities, and more.
Vela Royer’s specialization lies in branding, social media marketing, customer service, and creative conceptualization. She is an ADDY award-winning creator for some of her work and this background provides a perfect complement to the other more analytical skillsets within the firm.
Vela Royer serves on the Board of Directors for the Victoria Bach Festival, is an active member of the Satori MMA Gym, and actively fosters a number of other community connections throughout South Texas. Being born and raised in Victoria, Vela Royer has established a reputation as a “community connector”.
